	We have installed a false free communication system, which takes care of the communication of exact order requirements to all the departments concerning.
	Our stringent production system identifies and clears the bottleneck centers periodically assuring smooth flow of orders.

OUR INSPECTION PROCEDURES:

We conduct three stage inspection procedure for identification and correction of errors.

PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION:

	Here we make sure if the correct raw materials are used
	We send the fabric for testing the Color fastness, Shrinkage, Pilling and GSM. Only on approval of the testing we allow the fabric for further processes.
	In addition to the above we also pilot run the production to make sure the correct instructions are communicated.

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION:

	Here we assure the workmanship and finishing is as per requirements.
	During the production we inspect the goods three times. First we check the goods when it is semi finished. Then we check the garment before and after ironing.

FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION:

	Here we make sure we ship only the goods that meet the order requirements.
	Final random inspection will begin only after production is completed and all merchandise is ready and packed for shipment. Here we verify product safety, quantity and workmanship function, color size ,packing and more.

OUR ADVANTAGE

To avoid unwanted surprises to our buyers regarding the progress of the order we have designed a web based software called Order Tracking System, which will enable them, with their username and password, to check the status of each order at the end of each stage . Message board, photo and additional information links will provide the much needed trust the buyers are looking for. This we provide if our customer asks for it.
